Abbey is a member at Stoll Keenon Ogden in the Louisville office. Before joining SKO, Abbey was an attorney at Applegate Fifer Pulliam, which SKO Acquired in 2024.

While at AFP, she focused on business, commercial real estate, and municipal law and provided legal representation to clients in complex real estate acquisitions, leasing, financing, and other transactional matters in Indiana and Louisville. Representative clients include banks and other lenders, real estate developers, small businesses, and commercial landlords.

Abbey assists clients from the purchase agreement stage through closing, addressing issues that arise along the way and preparing or negotiating agreements, title commitments, endorsements, or loan documents to facilitate the process.
