Brock joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2022, as part of the firm’s merger with Katz, Korin Cunningham. As a Member and commercial litigator, he is part of several practice groups, including Arbitration & Mediation, Banking & Financial Services, and Business Litigation.
Brock represents financial institutions and other business enterprises in both state and federal courts across the country. His practice includes commercial foreclosure and replevin actions, breach of contract cases, non-competition disputes, and judgment enforcement actions, including the pursuit of avoidable transfer claims, company veil-piercing actions, injunctive or other prejudgment relief, and post-judgment enforcement actions.
Brock has extensive appellate experience before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Indiana Supreme Court, and Indiana Court of Appeals, with more than 30 published appellate opinions to his credit. His appellate advocacy on behalf of numerous financial institutions and other creditors has helped shape the common law in this practice area.
Banking & Financial Services: In addition to actively litigating cases, Brock works with financial institutions regarding their special asset needs, including all aspects of commercial loan workouts.
Business Litigation: Brock represents corporate clients is a variety of business arenas, including construction, development, retail shopping, as well as various manufacturing and supply industries. In addition to litigating disputes in both state and federal courts, Brock serves as outside counsel to various businesses with respect to their trade credit and payment recovery issues.
