Prior to joining SKO, Keith was the Managing Member of Applegate Fifer Pulliam, which SKO acquired 2024. While working for the firm, he routinely helped clients navigate the complex process of buying, selling, or merging multi-million-dollar businesses, assisting buyers and sellers with negotiating and drafting letters of intent, term sheets, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and employment agreements for key personnel and leases.
Keith is a trusted advisor to clients, providing corporate guidance to shareholders, directors, and LLC members. He works with local and regional banks and credit unions and serves as lender’s counsel in public finance loan transactions, including bonds.
