Dennis is a member of the Business Litigation, Environmental Litigation, and Tort, Trial & Insurance Services group at Stoll Keenon Ogden. He joined the firm in 2022 when SKO merged with Katz Korin Cunningham, where he had practiced since 2020.

Dennis has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation including product liability, professional liability, asbestos litigation defense, construction defect litigation, mold litigation, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage, third-party defense, environmental and other insurance coverage.

Prior to practicing at KKC, he was the National Coordinating Counsel for Environmental Coverage Litigation for a major property and casualty insurer.

Business Litigation: As an experienced litigator, Dennis has the knowledge and expertise to advise on the best course of action for his clients.

Tort, Trial & Insurance: Dennis is experienced in insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation. When disputes arise, he provides creative advice on the rights and obligations of the parties to an insurance contract and works with clients to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, and trial.
