Hannah Wilson
Associate , Louisville KY
Hannah is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Louisville office. She joined the firm in 2022 as part of the Kentucky Litigation Group, but regularly lends her expertise to multiple practice groups at SKO.
Prior to joining SKO, Hannah wore many different hats, at times working for national non-profit organizations, on political campaigns, for local government in Louisville, Kentucky, and in private business. Hannah’s strengths as a business litigator are informed by her variety of experiences and positions, and part of what makes her such an effective problem solver.
In law school, Hannah was a semifinalist in her school’s moot court competition and one of only six people in her class to receive Oral Advocacy Honors for her performance. She also placed in the semifinals in a national trial competition and assisted in trial and moot court competition preparation as a member of the faculty-student mock panels. Upon graduation, Hannah was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers—one of only 10 in her graduating class to receive the honor.
Hannah’s top priority is providing her clients with sound guidance based on current law and industry best practices, and helping her clients reach solutions that don’t just meet, but exceed, their needs.
Business Litigation: Hannah and her colleagues offer strategic advice to businesses and individual professionals faced with disputes. Hannah draws upon her considerable expertise to achieve real results for her clients, whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table.
Construction Law: Hannah has represented clients in numerous construction disputes, including claims relating to defective and non-complaint construction of multi-million dollar residences, defective design and installation of home systems, and defective site preparation involving retaining walls and drainage systems.
Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Hannah has a wealth of experience with tort litigation, representing companies and individuals who face personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accident, and premises liability disputes.
