They specialize in bank conversions, reorganizations, loan agreements, and civil money penalty proceedings, using their extensive industry experience and multidisciplinary approach to serve SKO clients effectively.
Corporate Finance & Lending: The Corporate Finance & Lending team provides expert legal services to banks, financial institutions, lenders, and equity investors. They specialize in various types of lending, structured finance, and loan syndications. SKO handles due diligence, credit facility documentation, complex loan restructurings, and assists companies with capital raising through equity and debt offerings. They also offer regulatory compliance services, representing clients before federal agencies like the FDIC, Federal Reserve, SEC, OCC, and FINRA.
Real Estate: The Real Estate practice team offers comprehensive legal support across nearly all aspects of real estate planning, including zoning, acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development. We assist with transactions, manage various property types, provide local counsel for multi-state deals, and handle construction contracts, title issues, and eminent domain. The team also advises on loan workouts and financial incentives for business expansions.
