Jack Hughes joined Stoll Keenon Ogden as an Associate in 2024 with his primary practice focusing on business litigation. Within this area of expertise, Jack provides strategic guidance to professionals and businesses ranging from lawsuits, arbitration, contract disputes, claims against insurance companies, and more. He is also experienced with general business law, including corporate governance, general contract review, disclosure and reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act, and entity formation with the Indiana Secretary of State.

In the past, Jack served as a law clerk and an associate attorney for a boutique firm near Indianapolis. In these roles, Jack focused on sharpening his litigation skills by ensuring he understood all aspects of a clientโ€™s legal issue and advising them of potential issues before they arose. Jack served as associated editor and has been published by the Indiana Heath Law Review for his work on nonprofit corporations within the legal system. He was also a Deanโ€™s Tutorial Society Legal Writing Tutor during law school.

Overall, both inside and outside the courtroom, Jack values transparency and a sense of responsibility to both the legal system and his clients. Through strong research and evaluation skills and his ability to delve into complex cases, Jack ensures that a clientโ€™s expectations and needs will be met.
