Lili is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office. She works in the firm’s Business Litigation, Appellate, and Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice groups.

Lili is a graduate of Transylvania University and the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg School of Law.  She was included in the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Editions of The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch©.

Lili’s litigation experience is broad and spans a number of practice areas and industries, including:

Business Litigation: Lili and her colleagues represent businesses and individuals in disputes and complex litigation involving, among other things, business torts, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, and fraud.

Appellate: Lili regularly briefs appeals on behalf of clients in both state and federal appellate courts.

Equine Litigation: Lili and her colleagues represent clients in the equine industry in complex civil cases in state and federal courts.

Transportation and Rideshare Litigation:  Lili represents motor vehicle carriers and private fleet operators against claims of driver negligence, vicarious liability, and independent negligence arising from commercial trucking and motor vehicle collisions.  Lili also represents technology companies in litigation arising from motor vehicle collisions and general liability claims.

Utility Litigation:  Lili defends electric, gas, and water utilities against a wide variety of property and casualty claims.

Insurance Litigation: Lili represents businesses and insurance carriers in a variety of commercial and insurance disputes, including first and third-party insurance litigation.
