Rob joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2023 as Of Counsel and is a member of the Healthcare practice group. His practice focuses on representing physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and correctional healthcare defendants in multifaceted medical negligence lawsuits in both state and federal court. An experienced litigator, Rob represents clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery to trial and appeals.
Healthcare: Rob counsels and represents medical providers and hospitals through every phase of litigation. His deep experience working with medical clients gives him the ability to quickly grasp and address the inherent complexity of medical malpractice cases.
Correctional Healthcare: Rob represents medical professionals in correctional healthcare settings. He is well versed in the unique challenges associated with correctional healthcare and defends cases filed both in state and federal court.
