Sally Franklin Zweig
Member , Indianapolis IN
Sally is a member at Stoll Keenon Ogden. She joined the firm in 2022 when Stoll Keenon Ogden merged with Katz Korin Cunningham, where she had been practicing for more than 20 years.
A member of the Business Litigation and Healthcare practice groups, Sally concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and healthcare law—both transactional and litigation. She also represents clients with administrative and governmental contract concerns.
Prior to practicing law, Sally was a teacher, small business owner, and active community volunteer. Having the opportunity to problem solve for large and small companies, along with the involved individuals with a personal stake in getting to a resolution, led her to a commitment to the practice of law.
Healthcare: Sally is a leader in the firm’s Healthcare group and represents a wide range of clients. She counsels corporate healthcare services and management organizations, as well as medical product and device manufacturers in product defense and patent litigation.
Business Litigation: Sally’s litigation practice regularly covers high-tech and manufacturing concerns including issues involving intellectual property. She is also often asked to mediate disputes in these and other matters. She has regularly represented Fortune 50 companies as well as companies and individuals with complex concerns needing swift resolution.
Mediation and Arbitration: More of a niche practice, Sally also has unique experience in Art Law, where she has participated in the reclamation of valuable pieces of cultural patrimony that had been stolen in time of war. She continues to advise both patrons and artists on their unique legal concerns.
