Zach is an associate at Stoll Keenon Ogden. He joined the firm in 2024 and works out of the Indianapolis office. He is part of the Business Litigation, and Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice groups.
Before joining SKO, Zach worked as a legal clerk for an Indianapolis-based firm. There, he conducted research and prepared various contracts concerning real estate transactions, mergers, and refinances, as well as drafted briefs and pleadings to be filed with Indiana state courts.
Zach also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Lawโs Civil Practice Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal representation to indigent clients regarding expungements and guardianship/custody disputes.
Business Litigation: Zach and the Banking Litigation practice team deliver robust representation in disputes between lenders and borrowers, guiding clients through every phase of lending-related conflicts, from settlement negotiations to appeals. The team is dedicated to efficiently resolving business credit disputes and is prepared to litigate when settlements are unattainable. SKO also provides counsel on documenting lending transactions to mitigate litigation risks. The team’s litigation services encompass commercial foreclosures, lender liability claims โ including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, bad faith, tortious interference, and duress โ lien priority and collateral disputes, loan participation and inter-creditor conflicts, and regulatory compliance, including the defense of statutory claims.
Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: The Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice team provides robust representation for individuals and corporate clients across all areas of tort and insurance litigation. SKO attorneys handle cases from investigation through trial and appeal, with expertise in various torts, including malpractice, business torts, personal injury, product liability, and more. The team also represents policyholders and insurers in insurance defense, coverage disputes, and bad faith claims. With a strong record in complex litigation and trials, SKO prioritizes cost-effective dispute resolution methods like mediation and arbitration to efficiently meet clients’ needs.
