Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky appointed Carl Frazier, chair-elect of the Kentucky Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, to its Board of Directors. Since 2007, Carl has served as an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office, where his practice focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of products liability, professional negligence, insurance bad faith and personal injury actions of all types. He also serves on the firm’s Personnel Committee.
Active in service to the legal industry, Carl is currently Chair-Elect of the KBA Young Lawyers Division and the Kentucky/Tennessee representative for the ABA Young Lawyers Division. In the community, Carl is currently on the Boards for Lexington Opera Society, Transylvania Alumni Association, Leadership Lexington and Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky. He is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Lexington and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Kentucky Law Journal during law school. Prior to graduating law school, Carl worked for the Agriculture and Natural Resources staff of the Legislative Research Commission, Congressman Ben Chandler, and the United States Attorney’s Office. He received the UK Law Young Professional Award in 2013.
