The Fayette County Bar Association Pro Bono Program will honor Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Eileen O’Brien with the Access to Justice Award.
O’Brien is a past board member and long-time advocate for the pro bono program, according to Lucy Ferguson of the FCBA. “Ms. O’Brien has always been vocal with ideas to improve pro bono services in Fayette County, particularly in terms of promoting the program and recruiting attorneys to handle pro bono cases,” Lucy said.
The award will be presented at the FCBA’s annual luncheon on October 27, beginning at 11:30 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Lexington. The Honorable Karen Caldwell, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, will deliver the keynote address.
