On Wed., Jan. 27, SKO General Counsel and Lexington Member AJ Singleton presented the firm’s fourth “SKO U” CLE WebEx for In-House Counsels.
Singleton will address how the Rules of Professional Conduct apply to in-house counsel. These standards were not drafted with in-house counsel in mind, and the application of them to in-house counsel is not always easy or obvious. This Ethics CLE program is designed to help bridge that gap and to provide In-House Counsel with some practical guidance to help navigate some potentially difficult ethical quandaries.
