The Members of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC (SKO) have unanimously elected Kenneth R. Sagan a Member of the Firm, and he joins SKO’s Lexington office immediately.

Lear, Jr., Managing Director of SKO. “His practice in corporate law, with concentrations in mergers & acquisitions and finance, will be a terrific addition to our Business Services department.”
Among Sagan’s legal accolades are Best Lawyers in America®, Corporate Law (2007-15); Best Lawyers in America®, Lexington Area Corporate Law Lawyer of the Year (2013); and Kentucky Super Lawyers® (2011-15).
Sagan also has a long record of community involvement. He is a member of the Executive Board of Commerce Lexington (Immediate Past Chair), a current board member of Lexington Strides Ahead Foundation, Inc., and a former board member of Lexington Rotary Club, Lexington Rotary Club Endowment Fund, Inc., Girl Scouts USA – Wilderness Road Council, and Cross Roads, the newspaper of the Catholic Diocese of Lexington.
Sagan served as Chairman of Stites & Harbison PLLC from 2012-15, and was that firm’s Executive Member in its Lexington office, 2001-11. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky College of Law, respectively.
