The Members of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC (SKO) have unanimously elected Kenneth R. Sagan a Member of the Firm, and he joins SKO’s Lexington office immediately.
“Ken is a highly regarded attorney and civic leader in Kentucky. He brings a breadth and depth of skill and knowledge that will really complement what we already offer at SKO,” said William M. Lear, Jr., Managing Director of SKO. “His practice in corporate law, with concentrations in mergers & acquisitions and finance, will be a terrific addition to our Business Services department.”
Among Sagan’s legal accolades are Best Lawyers in America®, Corporate Law (2007-15); Best Lawyers in America®, Lexington Area Corporate Law Lawyer of the Year (2013); and Kentucky Super Lawyers® (2011-15).
Sagan also has a long record of community involvement. He is a member of the Executive Board of Commerce Lexington (Immediate Past Chair), a current board member of Lexington Strides Ahead Foundation, Inc., and a former board member of Lexington Rotary Club, Lexington Rotary Club Endowment Fund, Inc., Girl Scouts USA – Wilderness Road Council, and Cross Roads, the newspaper of the Catholic Diocese of Lexington.
Sagan served as Chairman of Stites & Harbison PLLC from 2012-15, and was that firm’s Executive Member in its Lexington office, 2001-11. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky College of Law, respectively.
