Kendrick Riggs, Member, Louisville, has again been honored by BTI Consulting as a Client Service All Star. He previously received this award in award in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2019. Lexington Member Rick Griffith also won this award in 2014.
Only 475 attorneys from firms of all sizes across the United States earned this recognition this year. As BTI explains, “these attorneys have mastered the art of superior client service in the eyes of clients. Corporate counsel single out each attorney — by name and in an unprompted manner — as delivering the absolute best client service. No attorney or firm may self-nominate, self-refer, or pay to be included in this report.”
Riggs noted that the award is significant because it “puts the firm in the company of the major law firms in the county, some of whom are as much as ten times our size.”
