Palmer Gene Vance II, Member, Lexington, has been appointed to the Board of the ABA’s Rule of Law Initiative (“ABA ROLI”), effective this month. The ABA ROLI promotes justice, economic opportunity, and human dignity through the rule of law in many regions throughout the world. Originating in 1990 with the ABA’s efforts to promote rule of law after the fall of the Berlin Wall, ABA ROLI now operates programs in more than two dozen countries.
Gene has been actively involved in the ABA for many years and served as Chair of its Section of Litigation in 2018-19. His practice focuses on business litigation and products liability defense and he has consistently been recognized for his work in those practice areas.
