March 21, 2022 (Evansville, IN) – Evansville Member, Raymond Dudlo, has been selected to the 2022 Indiana Rising Stars list.
Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Health Care Law: Raymond advises hospitals, community mental health centers, counseling practices and other medical entities on compliance matters, such as HIPAA, and related litigation. He is skilled in handling internal audits and investigations on a range of topics including breaches, overpayments, and Stark and Anti-Kickback application. Raymond collaborates with healthcare clients in creating and implementing procedures to limit their liability and maintain compliance at all levels across their operation.
Raymond routinely handles contractual healthcare matters, such as drafting and negotiating Business Associate Agreements, as well as employment and exit agreements with professional staff. He also enjoys working with healthcare clients to achieve their business goals while navigating complex issues, such as substance use disorder federal compliance.
Commercial Litigation: Raymond partners with companies and individual professionals to solve their problems in and outside of the courtroom. He represents clients at the trial and appellate levels, on matters ranging from recoupment of damages to complex contractual disputes. Raymond likes to focus on his clients’ business goals in order to find solutions to best suit their needs.
Government & Real Estate: Raymond represents towns and other local governments on matters relating to infrastructure, public records requests, zoning and land use, and parks and recreation development. He also works with legislative bodies and utilities on projects such as land and easement acquisitions. Raymond is also experienced in advising Home Owner Associations in enforcing their restrictive covenants and navigating its related litigation. For private landowners, he advises on issues relating to zoning and partitioning of properties and condemnation claims.
Estate & Family Litigation: Raymond is experienced in guiding clients through the intricacies of estate and family litigation, such as adult and minor guardianships and adoptions. He also works with clients to expunge and seal their prior criminal and juvenile matters (such as Department of Child Services investigations). Raymond understands the taxing nature that these matters have on families, and he enjoys finding a solution that is best for each client’s unique needs.
